I could probably post this Calendar Post into a forum board we have yet to create that the * CROSSBONES Gamer* Group Subscribes to. It would then generate Both an Email and a Forum Notification of this post and a Server Play Event! The post to the forum board from the Calendar is automatic - this might work fine!

I got an email notification about this test event. This is perfect for what you want to do. It places the event in the calendar and it appears that a forum thread is created as well. People will just need to set their forum settings to allow notifications: Set New Threads and New Posts to DAILY - That way if the Forum gets busy you wont be hammered with a bunch of emails every time someone makes a post. You'll get notified once a day of all forum activity. and then set Participated to SMART - you'll be notified of a new post in a thread you've posted in one time only. You wont get any more notifications unless you go back and participate with another post. Anything else that affects me directly or personally, like a friend request or if someone quotes me, are all set to immediate notifications. Thats how I have my notifications set and it works pretty well, I am kept up to date with most all forum activity this way.

Thank you so much for the feedback Sir Mandrake ! I believe that this information you provided will be a Core Part of our HUTP Game Night Player Event System! We can mull this over for a while, and refine it - think it through some more. I want to implement this System pretty soon. I MAY have to Promote you Sir Mandrake
