UPDATE Your UT99 Master Servers: UT CLIENTS/PLAYERS

As a Client or Player your Default situation is ...
Unreal Tournament (and Demo) have settings for a default MasterServer built-in.
In your UnrealTournament.ini file, in your game folder (C:\Tournamentdemo\System or C:\UnrealTournament\System for the regular user) you will find the following lines:
[UBrowserAll]
ListFactories[0]=UBrowser.UBrowserGSpyFact,MasterServerAddress=unreal.epicgames.com,MasterServerTCPPort=28900,Region=0,GameName=ut
ListFactories[1]=UBrowser.UBrowserGSpyFact,MasterServerAddress=master0.gamespy.com,MasterServerTCPPort=28900,Region=0,GameName=ut
These lines 'tell' Unreal Tournament where the MasterServer can be found, what port and what game (e.g. unreal, ut, etc.).
333networks has it's own MasterServers online.
These servers are located on master.333networks.com:27900 and on darkelarious.blicky.net:27900 (which is just a different label/domain for the same MasterServer).
Adding it to your list
If you are a (regular) player, open your UnrealTournament.ini file in your UT's System folder. <-(use text editor such as Notepad)
Add or edit the following lines (just below) in the [UBrowserAll] section.
The code should look like the following lines. Make sure there are NO SPACES in those lines.

Also, master0.gamespy.com has Shut Down at the End of May, 2014, so it is Gone altogether.
So Leave those 3 Out! - Or at least leave out master0.gamespy.com.
Perhaps a good way to deal with which master servers to choose for Linux servers anyway, is to pick the closest 3 to your servers location.
(Windows based servers can use more than 3 masters)
If your server has a fast connection, choose the Best 3 master servers. (most popular)
If you visit Oldunreal, you can always see the main list and status there.
NOTE: Having the Fallback mode disabled in the UnrealTournament.ini file, makes it connect to ALL of them so it doesn't matter what order they are.
CURRENT UT MASTER SERVERS / UPDATE Your UT Master Servers ...
These 6 Master Servers are ALL 2-way ... (2-way is Best, or most desirable)
We Recommend these Master Servers for all UT server admins to use as they are ALL Tried and True and Reliable, and work well.

For those that are not up to date yet, I thought I would update the situation.
Epic has changed the old tracker and enabled both old URLs with a master server that now downloads a list to clients (players).
Unfortunately, they are not serving a list for Unreal, and are both hosted on the same machine
You should already have 1 or the other of these in your UT ini (or Xbrowser.ini) for up and down-links.
(either works the same)

It is still worth leaving master0.gamespy.com in your config [until GameSpy shuts down], as Epic is not showing as many servers.
Some people seem to be having a problem up-linking, and probably some people have removed it manually in the past, and locked it from updating masters.
333Networks is still the optimal master server with a faster listing of more servers, up-to-date cheat-protection, and you can also pick the closest one, or add them all.
There are now 4+* 333Networks masters online and they are healthy and able to support Unreal, UT, Deus Ex, Rune, Postal 2 and many more.
