It has been a few years since I was on the editor, but I'll take a shot. Make sure that all the textured panels in the skybox are Aligned in the SAME way. (Align ALL to Floor for example) Also all are scaled the SAME. Then - You MAY (most likely WILL) have to do some extensive panning - probably in either direction (U and/or V) on each or some of the panels. Maybe in only increments of 1. I know it may be tedious. I would think that there can be no differences between the texture alignment on panels that make up the skybox other than the panning. I cannot remember if there is a way to see how the alignment was done on the original textures??? Some kind of report like Texture Properties??? I would wait for Other more accomplished mappers to chime in here also - like Terraniux! BTW - here gh0st!

Thank you for your reply, I have tried selecting all adjacent panel textures and aligning to wall direction then set scaling to 16x and played around with panning but I still see seams, DM-Empowered][ is the map I am referring too. I tried to see if right clicking his texture properties but the alignment tab is blank so couldn't pull exact numbers. Thanks.

The brush is cylindrical brush with sixteen sides. But it seems intersected with another forum of brush, the four other top lines. The only way to reproduce this problem, as I created the same brush myself, is to align the textures manually. Takes a little effort but solves your problem. edit: start from 1 suface and go in 1 direction : I suggest go from left to right, align , left to right, align, left to right to right, align. There maybe a easier solution but this depends entirely on the brush.

Skyboxes and natural terrain were always my bane in UnrealEd.
